Graham Ivory has recently joined our team providing Personal Training to our clients.

Graham has worked in the fitness industry for 15 years holding a Sports Science Degree. Graham competes in triathlons, half marathons and marathons and has completed 'The marathon des Sables' across the Sahara Desert.

Graham has a wealth of experience which has given him the ability to offer a varied and rewarding form of training enabling him to help achieve clients personal goals.

Orthotic Advice, Gait Analysis & Prescriptions.

Our revolutionary and bespoke biomechanical assessment & orthotics advice/ prescription service is now available at ProPhysio to all clients. Orthoses, or Orthotic devices, are customised shoe inserts that are intended to adjust an abnormal, or irregular walking pattern. They perform functions that make standing, walking, and running more comfortable and efficient, by altering the angles at which the foot strikes a walking or running surface. In athletes, sports activities result in a great deal of movement and pressure on the foot. Slight imbalances in the foot that are not harmful or even detectable under usual circumstances may make us more vulnerable to injury with the extra stress of sports activity. By eliminating the need for muscles to compensate for imperceptible imbalances, orthotics can reduce fatigue and promote efficient muscle function to enhance performance.
