Payment Policies
All patients are requested to pay for their treatment at the time of consultation. ProPhysio is pleased to accept credit/debit and American Express cards as well as cash and cheque payments.
ProPhysio is recognised by all major insurance companies, including AXA PPP, BUPA Health Services, Norwich Union and Standard Life. (Please note - If you are unsure as to whether ProPhysio is recognised by your medical insurance company please contact the clinic for further advice)
If you wish claim treatment costs through your Private Health Insurance, please ensure you contact your provider and if necessary bring in a claim form and/or policy details. ProPhysio will invoice the Insurance Providers on completion of treatment.
Health Insurance
Please ensure that you check the Terms and Conditions of your Private Medical Insurance as you may require a Doctor's referral and there may be an excess to pay on your policy.

For appointment cancellations, please notify the clinic giving 24 hours prior notice. The full treatment cost will remain chargeable if prior notice is not given.
